The two types of inspection services offered by Master Stucco, the free visual and the MasterInspect, have different purposes and benefits.

The Free Visual Inspection
This inspection benefits you by detailing problems that Master Stucco is offering to repair. The inspection does not locate moisture readings, but repair issues that the experienced inspector can locate visually without the aid of a meter. This report also ensures after the start of the work that you and Master Stucco have a diagram of what needs to be fixed.

A MasterInspect
This inspection, if passed, certifies a warranty of the home. It locates possible high moisture levels with sophisticated meters. The benefits of these inspection is to show potential buyers the condition of your home, and the warranty that it includes.

Both inspections come with a bound, full color booklet, and usually a free visual is completed before a MasterInspect is conducted.
