The benefits of the meter
A qualified inspector uses a meter on all areas of potential moisture issues. These areas are generally corners of windows and doors, kick out flashings, and any area that would need caulking. We use two kind of meters: one to get a general reading, the second is used on first time inspections to get a perfectly accurate moisture reading. These meters provide information that the eye might not be able to detect.

The benefit of the inspection
After a MasterInspect is passed your stucco home qualifies for either a standard or gold warranty. Also included in the inspection is a detailed report of all of your home's readings.
