When we first started, we applied stucco to residential houses and commercial buildings, just like every other stucco contractor. What makes us unique in Tennessee is the fact that our experience is unmatched by any other stucco company in this area. We have applied stucco to 29 houses in Japan, high rise apartment buildings in Seattle, over 500 houses in Texas, and millions of square feet of stucco in many states across the entire country. What this means is that we know stucco.

There are many different installation methods used to apply stucco around the world. Having applied stucco in many different areas gives us a greater variety of knowledge than those companies who only have local experience. This experience has helped us understand how to install stucco using methods that will not come back to haunt our customers down the road.

Our methods of business are different than other stucco companies as well. On large construction projects, we create a detailed spreadsheet which defines the square footage amounts per wall, assigning a cost for each layer of stucco applied. When invoices are turned in, we supply this spreadsheet detailing the percentages of completion for each step of each wall, calculating the actual amount completed. We have found that this method eliminates confusion and the worry of overdrawing a job and not having enough money remaining in the budget to complete the job. The numbers don't lie. We also clean up the job site every day, take digital photos of everything we do and supply them to the customer when completed. We are insured, stable, and have over 20 years of experience in the stucco field.
