What our warranties cover
There are two different kind of warranties that we offer: a standard warranty, and a gold warranty. Both warranties cover structural and settlement damage to the stucco. The Gold warranty more extensively covers your home including damage to stucco by acts of God, animals, and service such as cleaning out your gutters and downspouts. Both warranties lessen the fear in potential home buyers without decreasing the value of your home.

Multiple Year Discounts
If you sign a contract for multiple years you get a percentage discounted from your warranty contract: two years-2%, three years-4%, four years-6%, and five years-10%.

Benefits to selling your home
Having this warranty certifies that your home is in great condition, and if anything should be wrong with the home Master stucco is liable to fix it if covered under the warranty. This offers a great peace of mind to home buyers. Some Realtors will insist that obtaining a warranty is necessary to close on the house.
